Man in the Mirror is a non-denominational ministry. We do not emphasize particular theological issues nor are we interested in Area Directors who are pursuing a "cause." Area Directors who use the gift of tongues will refrain from promoting the public or private use of that gift and from using the gift of tongues in a public setting. *

As an Area Director, I commit to not promote any other agenda than Man in the Mirror’s in my official capacity. I will not promote a particular theological viewpoint or ministry strategy that might be seen as divisive to other churches. *

I will encourage pastors and lay leaders to implement the principles of the No Man Left Behind model that are appropriate to their situation. This will be the dominant focus of my interactions. *

I understand that this position will not immediately provide income. I have employment or other means to meet my family's financial needs until I am sufficiently self-funded. *

I understand that every Area Director will raise a minimum amount of funds to support their ministry. Tuition-based training for this is provided. *

I understand that I may incur expenses for training, travel, etc. I agree to pay for these out of pocket or, with guidance from Man in the Mirror, using funds accumulated in my ministry account. *
